My name is Shannon Tracey and I haven't always been fit...but in my early 30s I realized that I wasn't getting any younger, the body, energy and health that I used to enjoy was no longer something I could take for granted and It was time to take action.

Can't I learn all of this on Youtube or in a book?

That's a great question and its the #1 reason we created this course! There is a TON of good information out there...too much actually. This is where my journey into my hormonal health began. I started reading books, listening to podcasts and diving into lectures - which provided an overwhelming amount of information, but an underwhelming amount of actionable steps. In fact, the more I learned, the harder it seemed to take any action at all. That is why we've boiled this program down to the most simple and easy to apply steps that will yeild the BIGGEST changes based on YOUR goals.

Do I need a hormone test before starting?

This is a great question and something everyone wonders when they start diving into their own hormonal health. This is something that you should absolutely discuss with your doctor, however, experts agree that to get a really accurate picture of your hormones takes consistent testing for a full cycle (about 28 days) and regardless of whether this is something you decide to pursue, implementing lifestyle changes should start as soon as possible. So the short answer is no, you do not need a test first. Start improving your lifestyle to optimize your hormones ASAP. You can test your hormones at any time along your journey. Working with your doctor to establish baseline of health metrics is always a good idea and will give you additional data and tools to understand your unique circumstances and to evaluate progress but isn't a prerequisite for this course and may not be necessary at all.

What about hormone replacement therapy?

HRT is controversial - there are doctors and experts who are proponents of it, but there are also arguments against it. This is an individual decision and conversation that you should have with your doctor.
